“OSCE/ODIHR long-term observers from the Netherlands, Finland, Germany and other countries are working in Minsk Oblast. So far they have visited almost every district of Minsk Oblast. International representatives take part in meetings of candidates' proxies with the public, study the activities of territorial and precinct election commissions, hold talks with local authorities,” he noted.
