Research outcomes should have a practical application, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he spoke with scholars in Minsk on 23 January, BelTA has learned.
“We need solutions that we can use in practice,” the head of state said. The president gave an instruction to thoroughly study the situation in this field.
