Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation on 8 January, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The two heads of state talked over the situation in the CSTO member states, including Kazakhstan.
Aleksandr Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin also discussed the format of further talks between the leaders of the CSTO member states.
