Under the document, the Chinese government will provide Belarus with technical and economic assistance to the total tune of RMB300 million ($44.6 million) for the implementation of the country's social housing construction project.
ASB Belarusbank and China Development Bank will jointly open interest and commission-free accounts in Chinese yuans.
The agreement came into effect on 29 September.
