It was a hard-fought victory and the memory of the past is sacred. It was the victory of the joint forces of the people, the international solidarity of the nations. It is not only the Vietnamese people but also Belarusian veterans who stood shoulder to shoulder in that difficult period for us,” the Ambassador said.
