The head of state illustrated his point by the example of recent opinion polls in Russia that revealed that justice was the top priority for people. This matter has always been at the heart of the policy carried out in modern-day Belarus. “People want justice. This is our ideology and we should stick to it,” the Belarusian leader emphasized.
“Not only in Russia there is demand for justice. We have always sought it, too,” Alexander Lukashenko said.
Speaking about Belarusian people, he expressed confidence that people will never tolerate injustice. “Therefore, our policy is more moderate, reserved, with a focus on justice. However, not in the future, but in the present,” he said.
